My father was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease.  All recipes listed below can be made gluten-free, just be sure to read the notes carefully about appropriate brand-choice and necessary substitutions. Also, if you will be cooking for someone with Celiac disease, you'll need to do more than just eliminate gluten from your ingredients. You'll need to be sure your kitchen is safe in terms of cross-contamination.
